I have a Nokia E61 and when I go to change the language, I can only change it to Spanish, Portuguese, and French. Not to mention the obvious, English. That's all that's in the phone. How do I get Chinese and Vietnamese in there? I'd like to change the phone language so it is much easier for me to understand. Do I have to download something off the internet? If so, where and how much?

I have a Dell Dimension 3000 running Windows XP Home Edition, can I make it translate the Chinese language and the little boxes they use to English to where I can understand it? Please help.

Lived in China for a year and want to maintain and improve my language proficiency.
