Learn to speak Chinese today
I have a Dell Dimension 3000 running Windows XP Home Edition, can I make it translate the Chinese language and the little boxes they use to English to where I can understand it? Please help.

you can do that by going into control panel and then click
regional and language options > regional options >in the drop down list select english (united states)
