You probably know that Chinese has tones, and you’re not going to get the tones on YA, so you won;t be pronouncing it "effectively and correctlly."
    Wo3 ai4 ni3 – wo3 de bao3bei4.

Pinyin romanization is often misleading to native English speakers, so I’ve provided the pinyin, as well as a rough pronunciation guide in quotes.

    我 (wǒ, pronounced "woh") = I
爱 (ài, like English "eye") = love
    你 (nǐ, "nee") = you
    我的 (wǒde, "woh-duh") = my
宝贝 (bǎobèi, "bow-bay," with "bow" like in "Bow to me!") = darling, treasure

This dictionary has a multiple character lookup so you can see what each character means and how it is pronounced: http://www.mdbg.net/chindict/chindict.php?dss=1&wdrst=1&wdqchs=%E6%88%91%E7%88%B1%E4%BD%A0%E6%88%91%E7%9A%84%E5%AE%9D%E8%B4%9D
