Buy a copy of Buy And Sell (any issue) and look for the section on education. There are a lot of language school and tutors there who offer lessons in cantonese as well as other languages like French, Spanish, etc.

Here in Cagayan de Oro City, it’s Kong Hua School and Oro Christian Grace School.
