Does china accept french as the international languge of diplomacy or do they use english and chinese languages for thier official foriegn affairs discussions ?

So far, China does not use French as language of diplomacy for the reason that France was at no point in the history a strategic partner of the country.
They however have to accept the use of French in the frame of the UN negotiations, being both Permanent member of the Security Council.
