孫 is Traditional character (HK, Taiwan) while 孙 is Simplified (Mainland)…
in Chinese and Taiwanese it reads as "sun1"…
in Cantonese it reads as "syun1"…
Cantonese pronunciation is totally different from Chinese… wang -> wong, xia –> haa etc…
