   Could only help on some of it..

   1) We normally say " Ney Ho" = How are you.
   2) Don’t have an answer for that.
   3) Ngor Zhang ngor zi kei. Ngor = I/me Zhang = hate Zi gei = myself
   4) Su mah yen Zhi dou ngor ngei bei mat. Su Mah = all yen = people Zhi Dou = know Ngor Ngei = mine bei mat = secret
   5) Ngor ngei meng hai ___________. Ngor Ngei = mine meng = name Hai = is
   6) Ngor ngei din war hou mar hai _____________. din war = telephone hou mar = number
