Learn to speak Chinese today
I got a laptop ( a used one) with chinese language and i need to change it back to English language which is what i understand. How do i do this.

You will have to install an English version of Windows. You can’t just change some settings and it will suddenly be in English.
go to control panel -> regional Settings and change it …
