I don’t know about living there directly…but here is an option I’ve been using for learning Chinese
You can possibly go to Interpals, its a pretty decent site and I go there myself. I’ve been learning chinese online by a penpal, and I’ve been helping her with English. It’s also a great place to make friends!
If you get a microphone, a webcam maybe, you can also chat with the people on there. After 5 years, I finally found a way to learn chinese freely.
