    1 – yee
    2 – are
    3 – sun
4 – (this is a toughy, no english word sound like it) but if you just go sssssss, u know that sssss sound, do it very briefly with the addition of your vocal cord, and that’ll be it :-)
    5 – woo
    6 – leo
    7 – chee
    8 – bah
    9 – joe
10 – shhhh (yes same as the hushing sound we make when we tell ppl to shut up, except u also add in your vocal chord so it’s not just a whistling sound from blowing air)
from 11-19, all the same pronounciations except you add "shhh" to the beginning, like
    shhh-yee for 11, shhh-are for 12…
    and for 20, it’s are-shhhh :-)

the above answers were good but i thought they could still be confusing for a native english speaker who knows diddly about chinese.
