Learn to speak Chinese today
My operating system is Windows vista. When I receive emails in chinese, I'm unable to read it. Simply I would like to read my emails that I receive that is in the chinese language and also be able to type my response in chinese if I need to.

not too sure about vista, but you can try this.
right click on the webpage, go to encoding, and select chinese.
if there is no chinese in the list, go to you language option, and install eastern language.
as for typing, go to google and search for ziguang 紫光。
