Need help writing placards in Mandarin Language? “Tibet Du Li” & “East Turkestan Du Li”?

Ok, Thousands of our volunteers will be taking out procession in front of Chinese embassies in Europe and elsewhere on 1st of October to demand the end to unjust and cruel rule of China in Tibet and East Turkestan.

We need to write placards in Mandarin Language, as we are given to understand that any message in Mandarin Language will have more emphasis.

So how we write the following in Mandarin Language:

1. Tibet Du Li
2. Uyghurstan Du Li

Any thoughts on how can we make the message more emphatic?

Possible to learn Chinese pronunciation?

Is it possible for western people (US,europe) to be able to pronouce Chinese properly. What I know so far is that the Chinese pronunciation is absolutely difficult.

What’s the balance of Mandarin & Cantonese language programming on free-to-air PCNE Chinese satellite channel?

Can any regular viewers of the PCNE channel (available in Europe via Sky digital, 28.5E) tell me whats the balance in approximate percentage terms of the amount of programming it provides in Mandarin and Cantonese?

I'm more interested in Cantonese programming and news, i.e. do they have regular news reports/programs in Cantonese on this channel?

Does programming in Mandarin have subtitles?
