I installed Chinese Language pack but I get REAL chinese letters.?

I want to translate English words into Chinese , but in English letters.

I installed the language pack but the words come up as actual Chinese letters.

Like "how are you" in English is pronounce something like "nay ho ma" in Chinese.

How do I get that type of translation ?

What does this mean in Chinese Pinyin?

I would like someone to translate the following words into Chinese Pinyin.

Rabid
Wolf
General
Howling
Twilight
Fang

Most specifically "Howling" and "Fang" which I cannot find a translation for myself; much appreciated.
