there are quite a lot of jobs require chinese language skill and traveling to China. The first came to mind is Sales and Marketing people, a lot of western own companies conduct business in China, and they need people who are familiar with the culture and fluent with the language (since a lot of Chinese don't speak english very well) to communicate with the clients. And there are business consultants, which help western companies expands their business into the China, but that require you also familiar with that particular industry. Then, there are buyers, companies that import products from China need buyers to go to check out products and production in China regularly, people fluent in their language is definitely a plus.
